Outcomes included were pain, lower limb flexibility. assessed compared at baseline, after 24 hour, 48 hour 72 hours application. Data analyzed SPSS 21, Shapiro-wilk test for calculating normality+ data two-way mixed ANOVA applied outcome comparison. Results: In all, sample had mean age 26.85 + 3.63 years. average those Group 26. 3.47 years, while 27. 3.78 There 60% women 40% men A, 30% 70% B. After treatment period ended, variables improved significantly both groups (P0.05), there no significant difference except cadence scores (F (3, 54) = 8.039, P 0.007, 2 0.309).
